Rose City Yacht Club invites all eligible boats to participate in the first race of the 2013 season, the RCYC Frostbite Regatta. Whether you’ve been sailing throughout the off-season, or you’re just removing your canvas for the first time in 2013, come be a part of the Columbia River racing scene. This one-day regatta begins at noon on March 23rd!
