Columbia River sailors, friends and family gathered at the Portland Yacht Club (PYC) on November 9th for the OCSA (Oregon Corinthian Sailing Association) annual Tropical Awards Party & Banquet to celebrate the 2013 racing season. Following an evening of tropical décor, cocktails, socializing, dinner catered by Bleu Door and distribution of over 50 generously donated raffle items, awards were presented by OCSA, CYC (Corinthian Yacht Club), PYC and RCYC (Rose City Yacht Club).
