Hey sailors: SYSCO encourages you to sign up and participate (COVID-safely) for the 2020 Dual Bridge Dual. This is a great race where you get to decide which way to go. Experience the mad genius of this venerable race: ride the current down to the I-5 Bridge in hope of a building wind to take you up to the Glen Jackson Bridge, or go east first and finish on a (typically) leeward run? Time, tide, and wind will tell if you made the right choice.
The start/finish lines will be in the vicinity of Buoy #14. Boats may start in either direction (i.e., toward the I-5 Bridge or the I-205 Bridge), round the marks of the course in any order, and then finish. The Race Committee may set a shorter course for Cruising Fleet classes and other classes.
DATE AND TIME: Saturday, August 8, warning signal at 1400 hours.
TIME LIMIT: The course must be completed within 4 hours to be scored.
