Come out and cool off while sailing the SYSCO Soaker this Tuesday, 28 July. There will be two starts: The first sequence begins at 18:30 and is for all one-design boats; the second sequence begins 18:35 for Cruising, PHRF and Level fleets. This is the only race this week for both Tuesday and Thursday racers.
SYSCO has decided to waive registration requirements, so just come by the Race Committee and sail the race. Don’t forget to bring the squirt guns!
From the Notice of Race: “All boats are encouraged to have buckets of water, short and long ranger soakers, water cannons, and other methods of water propulsion that allow for the soaking of competitors. The soaking of competitors can only begin after the starting gun. ”
