With the cancellation of OWSA’s (Oregon Women’s Sailing Association) popular breast cancer fundraiser on September 22, 2013, the SYSCO (Small Yacht Club of Oregon) Board has taken the opportunity to have a fun and challenging race, as suggested by Rich Jones and fashioned after the San Francisco “3 Bridge Fiasco”. Since we only have two bridges across our ditch we are having a “Dual Bridge Duel”. This is a single race event, with one start.
