Annual Meeting/Board Elections
November 1, 2021
Location: Virtual Zoom Meeting (due to COVID)
Business meeting convened at 5:30 p.m., quorum present & confirmed
Election of the organization’s 2022 Officers, who were elected by the majority of the voting members, per the Constitution of OCSA.
Membership voted and unanimously approved the following slate:
- Jan Burkhart, 2022 Commodore
- Denny Damore, 2022 Vice Commodore
- Lilli Matzke, 2022 Rear Commodore
- Steve Moshofsky, 2022 Treasurer
- Ben Hendrix, 2022 Secretary
