Come to the Party
Less than one week to go until the highlight of the racing season–the OCSA Tropical Awards Party on Saturday, November 2, at Warehouse 23 in Vancouver. We will allow at-the-door ticket sales but you can help us out by registering at SailPDX. Hang out with fellow sailors, enjoy a great dinner, celebrate the victors, and try to win one of this year’s awesome raffle baskets. The items in the raffle are valued at $5,400. Everyone is welcome. Invite your team. You can either purchase additional tickets with your registration or ask your crew to register separately. If you are getting an award and can’t come to the party, please ask someone who is going to pick up your award.
Trade your Old Sail for a Sea Bag
Have an old sail kicking around? You can trade it in and get a nice bag in exchange. Lori Washburn from Sea Bags will be in town November 8 and 9. You can exchange your sail two ways–contact Lori at (206) 465-8132 and arrange for a pick up on November 8 or 9, or bring it to the OCSA Tropical Awards Party on November 2 at Warehouse 23 (include your contact information on it) and we will get it to her.

Sailing on Sunday
Sailing on Sunday has started; but it’s never too late to join in. Registration is open during the winter, so when the urge hits you to shake off the sail covers, just register and show up at Buoy 14 at 1:00. Register at SailPDX.
