OYSF Benefit Day and Concert

Help enrich the lives of Oregon youth by sharing the joy of sailing. On May 20th, Oregon Youth Sailing Foundation (OYSF) will be Oregon Public House’s charity-of-the-day and hosting the first annual Oregon Sailing Short-Film Competition. The day’s events include Portland’s hottest soul band, Ural Thomas & The Pain, as well as a silent auction. All proceeds will benefit Oregon youth by supporting OYSF programming and spreading awareness for the Foundation. Come early to get a spot or you might miss out on the fun!

The film competition will have two submission categories, General and Youth. Top three winners in each category win Columbia Sportswear gear and first place winners take home $250! Submission deadline was May 10th. The audience will choose the winners, so come participate even if you don’t submit. Learn more and enter HERE.

A percentage of the day’s sales will go to OYSF, as Oregon Public House’s (the world’s first non-profit bar) charity-of-the-day. OYSF expressed their gratitude for being selected and to have the Foundation’s help, as well as Ural & The Pain, fresh off a European tour. Please do come dance and be sure to thank them!
