Whidbey Island Race Week begins today and runs through Friday, July 20th, with daily races starting at noon and courses held in Crescent Harbor, Penn Cove and Saratoga Passage While several boats hail from as far away as Missouri, Arizona, California and Canada to take part in this well-known (and really fun) event, many Oregon area sailboats will also be represented in this year’s races:
