The CDC guidelines have been heightened, and any non-essential face to face gatherings are now strongly discouraged. These rapidly unfolding circumstances have required us to make decisions and then revise them with a great deal of speed, thank you for understanding. In light of this unprecedented situation, a number of upcoming events have been cancelled/postponed.
The known changes at the moment are:
- OCSA Race Rule Refresher clinics on Tues Mar 17 & Thurs Mar 19 have been postponed. New date TBD.
- ISC Monday Night Races have been cancelled for March.
- All PYC events have been cancelled through April 17, including the Intro to Racing class, Sailor’s Dinner and Opening Day Regatta.
- RCYC Frostbite Regatta is still ON, but the social afterward has been cancelled.
That being said, all race events that are modified should have their NOR updated with the latest status, so please monitor those on the SailPDX Notice Board.
